Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and enterprise software programs, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with technical leads to refine business requirements into system design and validation for Java microservices
• Establish KPI tracking for bug closure and sprint health, improving on-time resolution and transparency across releases

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of hands-on project management experience
• 4 or more years managing SAP projects
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Strong background in change management and risk mitigation processes
