A company is looking for a 988 Shift Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support call flow on the Crisis Line
• Ensure compliance with program standards, policies, and procedures among crisis counselors and volunteers
• Provide oversight and support to crisis counselors and volunteers, including training and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of one year experience as a Crisis Counselor or similar role
• Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and crisis line software
• Knowledge of HIPAA, DMH policies, and emergency mental health service regulations
