Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Shift Supervisor to oversee crisis counselors at a Suicide Prevention Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support call flow on the Crisis Line
• Ensure compliance with program standards, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Provide oversight and support for crisis counselors and volunteers, including training and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as a Crisis Counselor or similar role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and crisis line software
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state and federal regulations related to emergency mental health services
• Basic supervisory skills to manage volunteers and crisis counselors
