Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Site Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site acquisition projects, including due diligence, leasing, zoning, and regulatory filings for wireless facilities
• Coordinate with the Site Acquisition team and ensure smooth information flow among stakeholders
• Manage scheduling and tracking of site visits and due diligence activities to support project timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-10 years of wireless site acquisition experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience in site acquisition for designated clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other project management tracking tools
• Experience in updating clients on project statuses through reporting and calls
• Must be located in Northern California, specifically in the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, or Reno
