California Licensed SIU Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIU Manager (P&C) responsible for managing claims fraud investigative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance fraud detection and investigation services to minimize fraud-related claims costs
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding claims handling and fraud prevention
• Lead and manage staff, including performance evaluations and project implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of P&C industry experience or 4+ years of P&C experience with military service
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Extensive knowledge of claims and fraud investigation processes
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
