Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Coach to provide support and education for patients undergoing CPAP therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to patients during their first year of CPAP therapy
• Utilize software to review patient usage data and provide coaching based on that information
• Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) preferred
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
• Accredited Sleep Coach certification (training provided)
• Moderate computer skills in software such as Access, Excel, and Word
