Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker LCSW for a part-time, remote position during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mental health and wellness initiatives for caregivers and staff
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic support for behavioral health concerns
• Engage in program improvement and collaborate with team members to enhance wellness resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
• 2 years of direct clinical care experience with patients having behavioral health needs
• State-specific Clinical Social Worker License or equivalent
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid preferred
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus
