Job Summary

To support a behavioral health consult team, the part-time California Licensed Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide clinical social work consult services remotely, focusing on acute patients through a Telehealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients via telehealth
• Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services including treatment recommendations and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team for patient handoffs

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire
• 5 years of post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred)
