Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solar & Storage Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, development, and daily operations of the solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) team
• Oversee the design, development, and construction phases of solar and BESS projects
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff while fostering customer relationships and managing project development activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Renewables, or Mechanical disciplines
• Experience in solar development or construction of renewable energy systems
• Proficiency in Solar Design and Modeling Software, preferably Helioscope, Energy ToolBase, or PV Syst
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass drug and background checks
