Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology according to accreditation standards
• Recruit, select, and evaluate faculty while ensuring curriculum consistency and compliance with accreditation standards
• Develop and monitor budgets, prepare reports, and oversee program policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or Speech, Language and Hearing Science
• Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred
• Minimum of five years in speech-language pathology with documented clinical practice
• At least two years of full-time academic experience with teaching responsibilities
• Eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
