California Licensed Speech Pathologist
Job Summary
To support K-12 students in California, a fully remote California Licensed Speech Pathologist will evaluate speech and language levels, develop treatment plans, and document progress while working as a 1099 Independent Contractor for the upcoming school year.
Key responsibilities
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
- Evaluate levels of speech and language and develop tailored treatment plans
- Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP License, Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (CL-879), or ASHA CCC-SLP
- Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
- Knowledge of IDEA and California special education law/Ed Code requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
