Key responsibilities:
- Underwrite loan files according to FHA, VA, USDA, and credit union policies
- Originate and validate FHA and VA insured loans using HUD's online systems
- Analyze financial documentation to ensure compliance with agency and investor requirements
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 3+ years of current FHA experience with DE and VA experience with LAPP/SAR designation
- 10+ years of responsible real estate lending experience performing underwriting analysis
