California Licensed Sr. Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing real estate, transactional, and administrative support, the hybrid California Licensed Sr. Paralegal will manage complex multi-parcel real estate projects, focusing on real estate closings and title curative work while collaborating with cross-functional teams in San Diego, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Order and review title commitments, exception documents, and surveys, resolving discrepancies with title companies and surveyors
• Prepare and coordinate the execution of various real estate agreements and land documents
• Coordinate and assist with all aspects of closings, including preparation of closing documents and post-closing requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate paralegal experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Experience with transactional work and familiarity with closing mechanics and documentation
• Current Notary Public license issued by the State of California
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite
