Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial properties and related entities
- Perform title research and examination of complex title orders requiring high-level expertise
- Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of directly related experience
- Strong knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
- Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
- Strong MS skill set
