California Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant II to manage accounting tasks related to venue revenue and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and prepare month-end journal entries
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and assist with special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of comparable work experience
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain and reconcile accounts that are basic to moderately complex
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
