California Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports, and participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process
• Assist in the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Conduct financial audits and assist with year-end audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reading and analyzing financial reports
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of US tax regulations
