California Licensed Staff Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Counsel to provide legal support and guidance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on issues such as corporate governance, data privacy, and contract compliance
• Support the Contracts department by creating, revising, and negotiating contract terms
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda as directed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required
• Active California State Bar License required
• Relevant BA/BS and 2+ years of work experience, or a combination of both
• Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms
• Demonstrated accountability and project management skills
