Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to support the Global GTM Strategy & Operations teams by providing data and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer scalable data products and high-performance pipelines for GTM reporting and business-critical applications
• Own the technical roadmap for the data platform, translating business goals into system designs and leading complex engineering initiatives
• Drive engineering excellence and establish patterns for automation, monitoring, and CI/CD to ensure a resilient data infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL, with experience in Github workflows and PySpark
• Experience building scalable and production-ready data models
• Ability to structure data models optimized for AI readiness
• Strong collaborative leadership skills and a service-oriented mindset
