Job Summary

To oversee equity programs for a publicly traded company, the remote California Licensed Stock Admin Manager will manage equity awards, ensure compliance with equity plan rules, and collaborate with internal departments while mentoring the stock administration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of equity awards and ensure compliance with equity plan rules
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Supervise and mentor the stock administration team

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of stock administration experience
• Experience with PIUs, stock options, and RSUs
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in stock administration within a publicly traded company
• Preference for candidates holding a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
