Job Summary
To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and business insights, the full-time California Licensed Strategy Analyst will drive operational excellence and compliance readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses to identify risks and opportunities, driving actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage projects and programs by developing proposals, establishing objectives, and ensuring alignment with business strategies
- Facilitate process improvement efforts to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational effectiveness across initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects
- Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
