Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager for Sales Development & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for augmenting the SDR team aligned with business objectives
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to refine processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize SDR and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development, preferably in sales development or marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data visualization tools
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across sales, marketing, and operations
• Proficiency in CRM tools and strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
