Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution
• Investigate and pursue subrogation claims, identifying liability and evaluating damages
• Contact and negotiate with third-party carriers to resolve subrogation cases efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of California
• Experience in litigation or subrogation matters preferred
• Strong understanding of legal principles related to insurance and liability
• Ability to work collaboratively with claims partners and legal colleagues
