Job Summary

Owning the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform, the full-time California Licensed Success Architect will lead customer onboarding, partner with stakeholders to design scalable strategies, and guide the optimization of AI-powered engagement experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding and implementation of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies
• Analyze buyer engagement and deliver strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
• Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
• Bachelor's degree required
