Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of SMB accounts, the full-time California Licensed Success Architect will lead customer onboarding and implementation of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of AI-driven marketing solutions
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies and optimize buyer engagement
- Analyze performance metrics to deliver strategic recommendations and conduct Executive Strategic Business Reviews
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience with web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a passion for customer success with software solutions
