Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support for students in various areas including academic advising and career counseling
• Monitor student progress and offer encouragement to reduce attrition and promote course completion
• Coordinate with student services departments to ensure students receive appropriate support and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Telecommunication or customer service experience in a support environment
• Commitment to a Christian faith and supportive of the evangelical mission
• Experience in student services within a higher education or adult education environment preferred
