Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time California Licensed Supervising Electrical Engineer will supervise project teams, lead coordination meetings, and manage project assignments while working in a hybrid environment in San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, ensuring project tasks are completed effectively
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and project administration duties, including invoicing and client communications
Required qualifications
- Current PE registration/licensure is required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
- 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with senior-level experience in the MEP Engineering Industry
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Hands-on design and CAD/Revit experience required
