Job Summary
To support healthcare projects, the full-time California Licensed Supervising Electrical Engineer will supervise and coordinate various engineering projects while leading staff and managing client interactions in a hybrid work environment in San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings
- Supervise and manage staff performance, including conducting evaluations and mentoring
- Coordinate project assignments and oversee budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration duties
Required qualifications
- Current PE registration/licensure is required
- Healthcare design experience is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
- 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with senior-level experience in MEP Engineering
- 3 years of supervisory experience and hands-on design experience with CAD/Revit
