Job Summary
To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time California Licensed Supervising Electrical Engineer will supervise project teams, lead coordination meetings, and manage client interactions while working in a hybrid model in San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate various engineering projects, acting as Engineer of Record
- Lead staff management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Manage construction administration duties and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Current PE licensure is required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
- 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with senior-level experience in the MEP Engineering Industry
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Healthcare design experience is required; experience with Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation projects is a plus
