Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time California Licensed Supervising Engineer will supervise project teams, lead coordination meetings, and manage client interactions in a hybrid work environment based in San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and supervise staff during project execution
- Coordinate and assign engineering projects, ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications
- Manage construction administration duties, including field reports and client invoicing
Required qualifications
- Current PE licensure is required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution
- 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with senior-level experience in the MEP Engineering Industry
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Hands-on design and CAD/Revit experience is required
