Job Summary

To ensure clinical excellence within the Limbic Care Clinic, the part-time California Licensed Supervising Psychotherapist will supervise Peer Support Specialists, manage clinical escalations from AI therapy services, and conduct quality assurance audits, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Peer Support Specialists, providing mentorship and performance monitoring
• Act as the frontline clinician for cases flagged by AI systems, performing risk assessments and direct outreach
• Conduct regular audits of AI conversation logs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety

Required qualifications

• Full, unrestricted psychotherapist (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC) or Psychologist licensure with California State Licensure
• 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred but not essential
• Proven supervisory experience with clinicians or peer support staff
• Advanced skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning
• Strong interest in AI and experience in evaluating machine-generated text through a clinical lens
