Job Summary
Empowering the next generation of therapists, the part-time California Licensed Supervisor (LMFT/LPCC) will provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists remotely, ensuring high-quality teletherapy services without carrying a client caseload.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees to support holistic care for students
- Maintain accurate supervisory documentation and participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care
Required qualifications:
- Active, independent clinical license in California as an LMFT or LPCC
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
