Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations, the full-time California Licensed Supervisor of Referrals will implement protocols, manage complex referral escalations, and maintain relationships with high-value clinicians while working onsite in Sacramento, California.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage team workload and resources to meet operational goals
• Implement and oversee protocols and policies related to referrals and transfers
• Handle escalations of complex referrals and maintain relationships with referring organizations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health records and Microsoft Office products
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and EMTALA
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
