Job Summary

Leading the development of supply chain solutions, the full-time California Licensed Supply Chain Manager will manage projects by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring alignment with project goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement supply chain solutions for internal and external customers
• Evaluate customer business needs to establish strategies for supply chain improvements
• Lead multiple complex projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices are applied

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative business or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain-related field
• Experience in leading end-to-end cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical project management skills
• Advanced presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
