California Licensed Support Broker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants and maintain required contact
• Provide practical skills training and assist participants in developing cash management plans
• Monitor participant health and safety, maintain progress notes, and report grievances

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or seniors
• BA or BS degree in a related field required, or 4+ years of related experience
• Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
• Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
