Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume settings
- 2+ years of sourcing experience with proven results
- Behavioral Health recruiting experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
