Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and office support roles, build candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with hiring practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical and administrative roles across multiple agencies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with urgency

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a successful track record in competitive markets
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Technical proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, or Pinpoint
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to attract and close strong candidates
• Resides in specified areas of California with the ability to visit Hayward monthly
