California Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles, and enhance the recruiting function by building talent pipelines and refining processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting, managing open roles from job posting through offer acceptance
• Proactively source candidates, particularly for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
• Support the development of recruiting systems and metrics to track performance and improve processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Proven success in headhunting for specialized roles using cold outreach methods
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong track record of enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Familiarity with recruiting for licensed or credentialed professional roles is a plus
