Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from job opening to offer extension and onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates and foster relationships with hiring managers


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
  • Experience with customer service
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Must reside in the State of Washington
