California Licensed Talent Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support high-volume staffing goals, the full-time hybrid California Licensed Talent Engagement Specialist will manage the recruitment pipeline, conduct candidate assessments, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience while coordinating logistics for interviews and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily recruitment workflow, including candidate vetting and interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate engagement post-offer and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Facilitate onboarding processes and provide administrative support for HR projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or business services
- 2 years of experience attending job fairs and building relationships with local workforce development organizations
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment using an ATS/HRIS
- Ability to participate in community outreach initiatives and career fairs
