California Licensed Talk Therapist

Job Summary

To provide compassionate, evidence-based care remotely, the full-time California Licensed Talk Therapist will conduct telehealth sessions for a minimum of 25 clients weekly while utilizing modern clinical technology and receiving administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic sessions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children
• Maintain a minimum availability of 30 hours per week to accommodate client needs
• Collaborate with a community of clinicians for case consultations and support

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed in California as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Availability to conduct at least 25 sessions weekly
• Experience as a behavioral health generalist
• Proficiency with telehealth tools and electronic health records (EHR)
• Commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress
