California Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Federal and State tax returns for various entities including S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals
• Ensure timely and compliant tax filings while providing oversight and guidance to staff
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and assist with IRS and state audit support as needed

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• 10+ years of tax experience, preferably from Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firms
• Preferred industry experience in cannabis, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and construction
• Deep expertise in business and individual federal and state tax
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
