Job Summary

Managing compliance for federal, state, and local tax regulations, the hybrid California Licensed Tax Manager will review corporate and partnership income tax returns, evaluate estimated tax payments, and prepare tax provisions while collaborating with finance and accounting teams in Los Angeles, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and ensure compliance of corporate and partnership income tax returns
  • Evaluate quarterly estimated tax payments and manage tax deadlines
  • Prepare and analyze interim and annual tax provisions under ASC 740
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, MBT, and/or CPA
  • 7+ years of experience in U.S. income tax compliance, ideally with public accounting experience
  • Solid knowledge of corporate and partnership tax principles
  • Understanding of tax accounting concepts, including ASC 740
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and logical functions
