Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax consulting and compliance engagements for clients
• Provide guidance and leadership to the tax preparation team, ensuring engagement cycle success
• Deliver quality client service to build and maintain client loyalty and teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with a certificate in accounting from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years of tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Active CPA license is required
• Prior experience with Partnerships, S-Corps, and Pass-Through Entities
• Demonstrably strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations
