Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive tax strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Manage audits, inquiries, and relationships with IRS, state, and local tax authorities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or C.P.A
• 10-15+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership roles
• Extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, including partnership taxation and tax equity financing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent decision-making capabilities with a thorough understanding of various drivers impacting decisions
