California Licensed Technical Architect

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end software architecture for humanoid robot applications, the full-time California Licensed Technical Architect will guide technical decisions, manage system constraints, and supervise an agile development team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, modular software architectures for humanoid robot applications
• Evaluate and select robotic software frameworks and developer SDKs
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to optimize system performance

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Navigation & Localization, Manipulation & Motion Planning, and Perception Pipelines
• Proven experience designing cyber-physical systems under various constraints
• Advanced expertise in C++ and Python architectural design
• Strong mastery of Linux and containerized deployments
• 3+ years of leadership experience in startup or fast-paced environments
