Job Summary
Leading a team of technicians, the full-time California Licensed Technical Project Lead will manage the design and implementation of access control and intrusion detection systems for a DoD client, ensuring project success and safety compliance while working remotely from San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, organizing project tasks and schedules to foster a collaborative work environment
- Design and organize installation plans for Government Grade security systems, supervising the team's work on high and low voltage systems
- Provide hands-on guidance for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security equipment, ensuring system reliability and compliance with safety standards
Required qualifications
- Current Active Secret Clearance
- Extensive experience in a technical lead or foreman role with security systems
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in the installation and maintenance of security systems
- Expertise with systems such as Hirsch, Lenel, Axis, and Milestone
- Ability to obtain and maintain current Industry Certifications, including California Life and Safety Technician and OSHA Safety Standards
