Job Summary
Driving EMR integration and interoperability initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Technical Project Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-team communication, and provide technical problem-solving support, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of solutions for transplant centers.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of technical integrations while maintaining accurate project documentation
- Partner with internal and external teams to troubleshoot issues and guide resolution, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions
- Act as the primary client liaison during implementation, facilitating communication and building relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, EMR integration, or healthcare technology
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
