Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Technical Support Scientist - NGS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales teams via various communication channels
• Assist in troubleshooting and application support for NGS products
• Track customer satisfaction and collaborate with teams for product improvements and training

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. preferred or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related Life Sciences with 3-5 years of industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of synthetic DNA and molecular biology techniques, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using NGS technologies
• Experience with Target Enrichment is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; experience with Salesforce and CRM software is a plus
• Experience providing remote technical support is advantageous
