Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of technology vendor agreements for credit unions and banks
• Advise clients on contract risk allocation and evaluate vendor product structures
• Issue-spot privacy considerations and counsel clients on third-party risk management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience negotiating complex technology and fintech agreements
• Experience in-house at a fintech company, bank, or relevant law firm practice
• Strong familiarity with vendor management structures and regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity frameworks
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
