Job Summary

Representing technology and life sciences companies, the full-time California Licensed Technology Transactions Associate will draft, review, and negotiate IP licenses and commercial contracts while advising clients on technology commercialization and transaction-related matters in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IP licenses, SaaS agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Advise clients on intellectual property and technology commercialization strategies
• Support clients in complex commercial transactions to align with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions
• Strong background in licensing and commercial contracting
• Active bar admission in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Proficient writing and communication skills
